Jeffersonville--Raymond D. King, 58 of 402 Ewing Lane, died at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday at Clark Co. Memorial Hospital. He was a retired Jeffersonville assistant city engineer. Surviving are his wife, the former Lurena Griffin; three daughters, Mrs. Gerald Chappele, Costa Mesa, CA; and Mrs. Leroy Mckinney and Mrs. Richard Dorman, both of Jeffersonville; three brothers, four sisters, a half-sister and six grandchildren. Funeral 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Coot's Funeral Home. Burial, Walnut Ridge Cemetery. The body will be at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Thursday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to the American Cancer Society.
