Daughter: Savanna (Chris) Mains, Crothersville, Indiana;
Brothers: Randy Baker, Scottsburg, Indiana; Anthony Baker, Scottsburg, Indiana; Todd Brooks, Shepherdsville, Kentucky;
Father & Stepmother: Fred and Dorothy Ellan Baker, Scottsburg, Indiana.
Step Sisters: Brenda Ogden of Austin, Indiana and Rhonda Melton of Salem, Indiana.
He is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Tyson and Emma Mains of Crothersville, Indiana..
