Claudie Harrison Large, husband of the former Mildred Adams of Waverly died Wednesday in the Carlinville hospital.
Mr. Large was born in Macoupin county in 1893, son of Christopher and Mary Jane Lair Large. He and Mildred Adams were married Nov. 28, 1951. A stepdaughter, Mrs. Stanley Harmes and a sister, Mrs. Ethel Bridges of Carlinville survive, as do several stepgrandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The deceased was a member of the Baptist church.
Funeral services were at Neece Funeral Home in Waverly with interment at Waverly cemetery.
