Services for Florence Patty Kirkwood of Amity were held this afternoon in the Chapel of Macy & Son Funeral Directors, McMinnville. The Rev. Karen Little of Amity Methodist Church officiated.
Interment was in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Mrs. Kirkwood died June 23, 1989, in her home. She was 90.
She was born Nov. 29, 1898, in Amity on the family farm, the daughter of George M. and Anna R. Middleton Patty. She was graduated from Amity High School and Oregon Agricultural College, now Oregon State University.
She lived on the family farm all her life. She was a member of the Amity Methodist Church, Amity Chapter 87 of the Order of Eastern Star and the Yamhill County Historical Society.
She is survived by a son, Larry Kirkwood of Lincoln City, and a brother, Robert Patty of Amity.
