Natalie Wallace, born Feb. 11, 1937, a resident of White Haven, passed into eternal peace Sunday, April 17, 2012.

Raised in the Georgetown section of Wilkes-Barre Township, she was a graduate of Wilkes-Barre Township High School and the Women's Medical College of Nursing, Philadelphia.

She worked as a nurse at various hospitals in Michigan and Wilkes-Barre. She donated her body to science.

She was known for her wit, love of the color purple and compassion for animals.

She was preceded in death by mother, Mary; father, Frank; and sister, Audrey.

Surviving are her ex-husband of 35 years, Jonathan Shubilla, Farming Hills, Mich.; son, Jonathan, Reading; sisters, Marie Schooler, Simi Valley, Calif.; and Tony Kulak, Wilkes-Barre Township.
