Funeral services for Chad M. Warner, 23-month old son of Michael and Linda Lietz Warner, 223 Auburn St., will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. He died at 9:27 p.m. Sunday at St. Agnes Hospital.
The Rev. Martin Koehler will officiate and burial will be in Estabrooks Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born December 20, 1972, in the city. In addition to the parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lietz of Pipe; maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Dunn of Ripon and Mrs. Hattie Lietz of Fond du Lac; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Mrs. Sadie Emmer of Fond du Lac.
His paternal grandparents preceded him in death.
