She was born December 8, 1994 in Preble County, Ohio to Elza and Martha (Cool) Fitzwater. She Married Hebert Bowman in Ohio in August 1923. They later divorced in 1962. She then married Joe Albisa in 192 in Florida, where they resided until his death in May 1984, whereas she moved to Arco, Idaho.
She is survived by one son, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Interment is at Sarasota Memorial Park in Florida near her husband Jose Albisa.
