Survivors include his mother, Alice Nettle Hinds of Fort Pierce; father, Rawal Hinds of St. Michael, Barbados; daughter, Cuzie Nettles of Mobile, Ala.; brothers, Santavian Smith, Calvin Wilson and Marcus Oliver, all of Fort Pierce; sisters, Mona Mays, Nioca Hinds and Rashanda Hinds, all of Fort Pierce.
He was preceded in death by his son, Emmerson Ricardo Nettles Jr., sister, Tama Oliver; grandfather, Andrew Nettles; and grandmothers, Cleo Nettles and Ellieen Small.
Visitation will be conducted at 3 to 7 p.m. Dec. 31 and 9 to 11 a.m. Jan.1 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel, Fort Pierce. A funeral service will conducted at 1 p.m. Jan. 1 at Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. A burial will be in Riverview Memorial Park.
