Anna was the daughter of Michael J. and Annie (Riley) Glenn. Her parents were born in Ireland. Her mother was born c. 1865. Anna was born at 915 West Sixth St. In 1900 her father Michael, a widower, was living in Wilmington, Del. with children Mary V., 24, George J., 19, Agnes E., 15, Annie L., 12, Bessie, 10, and Helen, 8. Ignatius A. Ackermann and Anna L. Glenn were married Sept. 26, 1922 in Wilmington, Del.
