Billie and her first husband Oliver "Derby" Jones had 3 children: 2 daughters Betty & Juanita and 1 son Derby.
Several years after Billie and Derby's divorce she married Neil Hibbert Oct 15th, 1967.
Billie cooked in and owned many restaurants through her life. The last being the Roadrunner Cafe in Phillipsville, Ca. Cafe's she owned were known for their huge helpings, great food, Fresh eggs, tomatoes out of Billie's garden, excellent homemade pies, & her fresh blackberry cobblers. AND of course NO PANCAKES after 11:00 a.m.
You never left one of her cafe's hungry.
She loved to dance, drink early times, play cards, a nice car, kids, go to Reno and play the slots, and to sit at her kitchen table and look out the window at her home on Mill Road, Redway, Ca. Her view was her ice plants & many many roses. And of course her view of a very close friend that wasn't as picky with her property as Billie.
Billie was a very loyal friend and had many lifetime friends. She was very hot headed and said what ever was on her mind, yet was still very well liked. She would do anything for a friend.
She is survived by her husband Neil Hibbert, her 3 children Betty Crawford, Juanita Lyons, & Derby Jones, grandchildren, Frank & Debra Gibbons, James Crawford, Derby Jones, Lynne & Dianne Lyons, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Thelma J. Randen Hindman in 1983.
