SAVANNAH - Mrs. Frances Reynolds McLeod, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Candler Hospital. He was a native of Brunswick, GA and lived in Savannah for over 50 years. She was educated in the public schools of Glynn County and a graduate of Risley High School and Fort Valley State College with a BS degree in Elementary Education. She was a member of Tremont Temple Missionary Baptist Church where she sung in #1 Choir, Women Home Mission, and Hospitality Club. She was a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority and Past Worthy Matron of Mt. Moriah Chapter No. 37 O.E.S.
Survivors are: one son, William K. McLeod (Juanita) of Savannah, GA, two sisters-in-law, Catherine Reynolds of St. Simon Island, GA, Cora McLeod of Miami, FL, cousins, Louise Franklin of Savannah, GA, nephews, James Anthony Reynolds of Jax, FL, Michael Hollis (Michelle) of Savannah, GA, devoted friends, Larry Varner (Amethyst) of Savannah, GA, Elizabeth K. Jackson (Christopher) of Savannah, GA a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. Sidney A. Jones & Campbell Funeral Services.
