Pat Newton, age 86 of Frankewing, passed away Sunday March 24, 2013 at Pulaski NHC.
Mr. Newton was born September 17, 1926 in the Sumac community to Charlie Guy and Sally Bessie Newton. He was a retired construction worker and preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Lucille Newton, Virginia Reynolds, three brothers Ebb Hampton Newton, Charlie Guy Newton, and Perry Newton.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 26, 2013 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday March 27, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in John's Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife Maudie Newton of Frankewing, sons Tim Newton and wife Darlene of Ardmore, Randy Newton of Frankewing, Norman Newton and wife Karla of Pulaski, Austin Newton and wife Tonia of Goodspring, Aaron Newton and wife Kathleen of Nashville, daughters Debby Christian and husband Jeff, Cindy Hyle and husband Mike all of Pulaski, sisters Josephine Ball and husband Charlie, Clara Morgan all of Pulaski, sixteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two nephews and four nieces.
