John Edward Robinson was born on April 10, 1862 in Bell Buckle, Tennessee and was the son of Alexander Robinson and Mary Binkley.

A retired Chief of Police, John was married to Kathrine McGarth when he passed away on June 25, 1948 in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Burial was on June 28th in Greenwood Cemetery.

Information is from his Death Certificate, with Mrs J E Robinson of Clarksville as informant.
