ROSALYN MILLER

Rosalyn Pollock Miller, 82, resident of Wesley Commons, widow of Connie G. Miller, died March 20, 2013 at Hospice House in Greenwood.

Born in Sale City, GA, November 24, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Roland H. and Hattie Bell Hornsby Miller. She was a graduate of Sale City High School and was of the Baptist faith.
Formerly of Lakeland, FL, she had made her home in South Carolina since 2003.

Surviving are three daughters, Lona (Robert) Bell of Hodges, Wylene Sweat of Baconton, GA and Gisele (Fred) Fryer of Thomasville, GA; a son, Nelson (Gail) Pollock of Plant City, FL; a sister, Inez Hatcher of Sylvester, GA; two brothers, Vendry (Pat) Miller of Brandon, FL and Lorenzo (Nancy) Miller of Inglis FL; four step-daughters, Lynn Jackson and Sharon (Joe) Ruth, both of Lakeland, FL, Betty (Tom) Hohmeier of Antioch, IL and Diane (Bill) Goforth of Pensacola, FL; a step-son, Terry Barlow of Lakeland, FL; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; two daughters-in-law, Barbara Pollock of Marietta, GA and Nita (Scott) Harrod of Schertz, TX.

She was predeceased by a son, Ronald Pollock.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30AM Saturday at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Auburndale, FL.

The family will receive friends at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale from 9:30 to 10 Saturday morning.

The family request that flowers be omitted and memorials made to the Hospice of your choice.
