Ms. Ethel M. Neal- A native of Dixon Mills, AL, and a resident of Daphne, AL; born October 2, 1927, departed this life on January 24, 2009, at her daughter's residence. She joins many of her family members around the throne including her father, Hura Dunning, mother, Lougenia Dunning, sons, Eddie Gamble, III, and William Perry, Jr. Her memories will be cherished through her daughter, Hazel (Theodore) Dailey of Mesquite, TX; two chosen children, Erica (Patrick) Polynice of Atlanta, GA and William Perry, III, of Daphne, AL; two brothers, Ernest Dunning of Dixon Mills, AL; and Rev. Joseph Day of Mobile, AL. A legacy to carry on will be maintained through her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a host of supportive relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral service at Gilmers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens in Fairhope, AL. Arrangements by Gilmer's Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
