Arnold "Buck" King died peacefully in his home on Thursday, March 21st, 2013. He was married to the love of his life, Frances C. King. "Buck" was born in Silverstreet, South Carolina to Burgess King and Josie Randall. He attended Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina. He later was the vice president of Peoples Bank on Bay Street and managed and owned Maryland Fried Chicken. He was predeceased by a stepson, Terry Dew. He will be sincerely missed by those who loved him. "Buck" is survived by his wife, Frances C. King. His children are Randy Sullivan (Andy) of Honea Path, SC, Katherine Cieplowsi (Tim) of Beaufort, SC, and Sabrina K. Joye of Beaufort, SC. His step children are James Dew of Los Angeles, Cal, Donald Riddlebaugh (Lisa) of Johnson City, Tn, Frannie R. Chamblin (Bill) of Columbia, SC. His grandchildren are Hope Britt, Emily Holder, Timmy Cieplowski, Megan Cieplowski, Mathew Cieplowski, Conor W. Joye, Jason Dew, Shaun Riddlebaugh, Mary Alice Chamblin, and Elizabeth Chamblin. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren. The family of "Buck" will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 24th at Copeland Funeral Service. Funeral service for "Buck" will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 25th Copeland Funeral Service. He will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery.
