Dennis Fitzgerald Haney, lovingly known as "Rumple" to his family and many friends, died of cancer on Nov. 9, 2003 at the Durham Regional Hospital in Durham, N.C.
A celebration of his life to eternal glory will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2003 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Spearfish, with Rev. Fr. Matt Fallgren officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Spearfish.
Rumple was born on May 29, 1961 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Deadwood. He attended school in Spearfish and worked at local sawmills. He was an avid fisherman who loved life, people and his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He left the Hills and worked with his brother in San Pedro, Calif., where he leaves many close friends behind.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Patty (Hall) Haney.
Rumple leaves behind many cherished memories and countless friends.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel, Spearfish.
