On June 28, 1916, she was married to Claude Westnedge, to which union two children were born, one of whom, with the father, survive the wife and mother.
She is also survived by her father and mother, two brothers, Ernest, who is in the army and Noble, at home; two sisters, Pearl Genail of St. Louis and Vilura Pierson who resides near Waverly.
At the time of the union services last winter she made profession of religion and was baptized during her last sickness, expressing herself as prepared to meet her Master.
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 16, at 2 p.m. in the First M. E. church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. M. E. Smith. Interment was in East cemetery.
