Lisa A. Whitt 42, of Tonica, IL formerly of Sheridan, IL, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2005 in O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.
She was born March 24, 1963 in Ottawa, IL the daughter of Russell and Gloria (Britt) Perkins. She married Kevin Whitt on November 6, 1992 in Sheridan, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at the Sheridan United Methodist Church in Sheridan with Pastor Sally L. Chipman and Pastor John Paul Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in Eldering Cemetery in Sheridan, IL. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 5, 2005 in the church. Arrangements were entrusted to the Turner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin of Tonica; her parents, Russell and Gloria Perkins of Sheridan, IL; two sons, Kevin "Junior" and Jesse both at home; one daughter, Nikki (Richard) Wright of Seneca, IL; two grandsons, Joseph and Jonathan Wright; one brother, Russell D. (Beth) Perkins of Sheridan; two sisters, Christine (Rob) Gerding of Holland, MI and Cindy (Gerald) Robbins of Harding, IL; eight nieces and one nephew; her mother-in-law, Vernadine Whitt of Tonica, IL; her father-in-law, Gene Whitt of MN; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Ruth Perkins, maternal grandparents, Olen J. and Margie Britt.
