Charlotte Ariel Barringer, 79, of Waynesboro, VA, formerly of Charleston, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Augusta Health Hospital in Fishersville, VA. She was a registered nurse, sold real estate for Old Colony, did tax work for H&R Block and selflessly raised six children. Ariel was a graduate of Western High School in Baltimore, MD and the University of Maryland where she received her diploma in Nursing. Ariel is survived by her husband, William Bill Barringer of Waynesboro, VA, children, Amelia Amye Saunders (Dana) of Charleston, Charlotte Morgan (Mark Allen) of Pinch, Rebecca Tinder (Tom) of Charleston, Richard Lee Morgan, Jr. (Kathleen) of Lawrenceville, GA, Robert Morgan of Hurricane and Sarah Sally? Aiello (John) of Hurricane, twelve grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Ariel exhibited all the attributes one could ask for, including patience and intelligence. She was also an adoring wife and loving mother. She will be sorely missed. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 18, 2011 at Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral with Monsignor P. Edward Sadie officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home, Charleston. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston, procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to United Way, One United Way Square, Charleston, WV 25301.
