Duncan, 18, a student at Oneida High School, was killed instantly early Sunday morning, July 3, when the car he was driving smashed into a guard rail on U.S. 27 near Winfield. Another passenger in the 1960 Chevrolet, Arvil Butler, 17, also of Oneida, was taken to the Scott County Hospital following the accident and is reported to be in satisfactory condition.
