After An Illness of Four Months
Mrs. Lucinda Phillips, aged 80
years and 4 months, died at her home,
170 !E. New Albany avenue, at 9 a. m..
Friday, after" a lingering illness of
some four months.
The funeral will be at 9 o'clock this
morning from the residence: Services
will be at Trinity Chapel, five miles
south of the city at 9:30, Rev John
Cooper officiating. Interment will be
made in cemetary adjoining the
church.
Mrs. Phillips was the widow cf the
late Asa Phillips, a member of Co. I,
Eighth infantry.
Surviving her are Mrs. Rhoda
Wilcher, daughter, and two son*. John
Phillips, of tfiis city, and James Phillips,
who resides in Nebraska.
