FULTON – Roger Doyle Reeves, 76, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born April 19, 1936, to William Curtis Reeves and Liola Rogers Reeves. He retired from Loden Butane Gas after 20-plus years of service. He was a member of Pine Grove Church of Christ, where he had previously served as an elder for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and visiting with friends.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Senter Funeral Home in Fulton with Bro. Russ Crosswhite and Bro. Ryan Ary officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Garden.

He is survived by one daughter, Rachelle (Freddie) Plunkett of Fulton; one son, Kevin (Robyn) Reeves of Raleigh, N.C.; three granddaughters, Kelsie Plunkett of Fulton, Kaitlyn Plunkett of Fulton and Courtney Reeves of Raleigh, N.C.; grandson, Kory Plunkett of Fulton; two sisters, Mayola (Jimmy) Massey of Red Bay, Ala., and Shirley Jean Wooldridge of Fulton; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Curtis Reeves; his mother, Liola Reeves; his wife, Christeen Reeves; two brothers, Kenneth Reeves and Bobby Reeves; and two sisters, Galene Thomas and Patsy Shepper.

Elders and deacons of Pine Grove Church of Christ will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Senter Funeral Home.
