Richard James Christy died at birth at Ottumwa Hospital, Tuesday at 9:32 p.m. He was the son of Robert H. and Linda L. Christy of 8 Friendly Circle.
Survivors in addition to his parents include grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Christy and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Williams, all of Ottumwa and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Laura Christy of Ottumwa.
Graveside services were held today at 3:p.m. at Memorial Lawn Cemetery in charge of the Rev. Billy Pool of the Bible Baptist Church.
The Reece Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
