Negligence was given as the cause of the deaths of Doyle Irwin Pace and Benjamin F. Woods, killed in accidents at Big Bend construction job, when verdicts of a coroner's jury were read. The men died within a three day period recently. Pace died because he failed to receive proper first aid, the verdict stated, and Woods met death because of "negligence of proper inspection of safety devices."
