Raymond Samuel Lambert, 64, well-known farmer of near Woodsboro, died Thursday morning at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late Samuel and Margaret Geesy Lambert. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Sigler Lambert and nine children: Mrs. George Clements, Ellicott City; Miss Helen Lambert, Keymar; John D. Lambert, Union Bridge; Frank R. Lambert, Keymar; Grace, Thomas, Lawrence, Joyce and Rachel Lambert, all at home.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Ralph Rudy, Middletown; three brothers, Norman Lambert, Walkersville; Paul Lambert, Lewistown; Ralph Lambert, Frederick; and two grandchildren.
The body is at the funeral home in Middletown where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. with Rev. William Merritt Brown officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View cemetery near Middletown. Gladhill Company, funeral directors.
