Roger Ray Brooks, 75, passed away Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. He was of the Baptist Faith, a retired Principal/Teacher from Flatwoods Job Corp after 32 years of service and most recently a part time employee of H&R Block. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Fuller Brooks; a daughter, Karen Marie Brooks; and his parents, Ray Estel and Mollie Doris Bolton Brooks. Funeral services for Roger Brooks will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA Burial will follow in the Wise Cemetery.
