Actor with long career in the Argentine theater and film. At a young age he was part of the Experimental Theatre of the University of Chile, with which he toured America. One of the milestones in this period was the play "Fulgor y muerte de Joaquín Murieta", the only play he wrote Pablo Neruda, with whom he had a close relationship. On one of these trips, he came to Buenos Aires in 1969 where he began studying with Augusto Fernandez, and after participated in a European tour in the theater company of his teacher. Back in Buenos Aires, he began working in theater and began to excel in Argentine cinema after participating in the classic "La Patagonia rebelde" by Fernando "Pino" Solanas. In total, 20 work in films like "La isla", "Los gauchos judíos", "Tacos altos", "Yo, la peor de todas", "Bairoletto", "El Viaje", "Tres minutos" and "Nada por perder", among others. Among the major theatrical productions who he starred are: "Blues de la calle Balcarce", "La secreta obscenidad de cada día", "Canto de amor contra la muerte", "El rufián en la escalera", "Lisandro", "Fausto" and "Sobremonte, el padre de la patria" and "The price" by Arthur Miller. During his more than 40 years in Argentina received numerous awards including the prize "Florencio Sánchez" the best supporting actor, and the prize "Estrella de Mar" for his work on "The Price" by Arthur Miller. In Chile was awarded the "Order of Merit in the grade of Knight" of the presidency of the Republic, and the "Presidential Medal for the centenary of Pablo Neruda" in 2003. In his last appearance on stage in Argentina, played the role of Pablo Neruda in "The Neruda's Postman", by Antonio Skármeta, in 2007.
