Okmulgee resident Gary L. Renfro died Thursday at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa. He was 46.
Renfro was born Jan. 28, 1954, in Seminole to George Tobe and Anna Ruth (Hudson) Renfro. He lived in Maud until moving to Okmulgee in June of 1994. He was a small engine repairman.
Survivors include his mother, Ann Renfro, Maud; companion, Deborah Vierling, Okmulgee; three daughters, Lynette Foster and Tammy Renfro, both of Olney, Ill.; Kayci Renfro, Jones; four grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, George Paul and Mary Renfro, Farmington, N.M.; his twin brother and sister-in-law, Terry L. and Becky Renfro, Maud; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Tobe Renfro, Dec. 10, 1992; and son, Jerry Wayne Renfro, Feb. 2, 1982.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at Cummings Cemetery, Maud under the direction of Knight Funeral Home, with the Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
