Judy Carolyn Lawson Ivey, age 70, of Orrum, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Robeson County on June 27, 1942.
In addition to her parents, Bracey Lawson and Mavis Walton-Lawson; she was preceded in death by her son, Timmy Ivey.
Mrs. Ivey is survived by her husband, Bobby Ivey, of the home; two sons, David Ray Ivey (Susan) of Mullins, SC and Rodney Cleveland Ivey of Orrum, NC; four brothers, Jimmy Lawson of Orrum, NC and Jerry Lawson, Lindsay Lawson and Tony Lawson, all of Lumberton; four sisters, Gloria Huggins of Lumberton, Beth Brown of Germanton, NC and Sue Callihan and Glenda Hinson, both of Lumberton and four grandchildren, Jodi Cain, Bridget Cain, David Ivey, Jr. and Austin Brown.
