Beloved wife of George W.; loving mother of Darryl, Georgina, Venetia and Jeffery Rutledge; devoted grandmother of five and great grandmother of four; fond sister of Joseph, Orelia and Gerald (Lucinda) Sterling and the late Mary Wilda and Charles Sterling; numerous nieces and nephews; Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Davis and Lena Sterling.
