Samantha Lynn Lucas of Southampton, died suddenly on March 12, 2013 at Cooper Hospital in Camden because of injuries sustained in a car accident. She was 19.

Born in New Brunswick, Samantha was a longtime Southampton resident and a 2011 graduate of Seneca High School. She had worked for Whole Foods in Marlton and was also an Apprentice Tattoo Artist for TruBluTatu in Bristol, PA. Samantha was a very talented artist and will be missed by her family, friends, and co-workers.

Samantha is survived by her parents, Cynthia and Rodney Lucas of Southampton; her maternal grandfather, Joseph Mariano of South River and her paternal grandparents, Ronald & Gloria Lucas of Southampton as well as aunts, uncles, many cousins and many friends.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family until the time of the funeral service at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly, N.J. Perinchief Chapels, Mount Holly, NJ.

LUMBERTON — A 19-year-old woman has died after her car collided with a school bus Tuesday, according to Channel 6 Action News.
The 5 p.m. crash happened on Eayerstown Road and Municipal Drive, police said.

Samantha Lucas, of Southampton, was traveling south on Eayerstown Road when her car hit the bus, said police.

The bus driver and an aide were treated at a local hospital and released.
