Jacqueline Horton, of Gravois Mills, MO, daughter of the late Earl Horton and Icey Shefield Horton, was born March 4, 1927 in Kings Mill, AR. She died March 14, 2013 at St. Marys Health Center in Jefferson City, MO, at the age of 86 years and 10 days.
She was a nurses aide in many area hospitals for many years, and she was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by her sisters, Gladys Jones of Gravois Mills, MO, Imogene McDaniel of Roach, MO, and Eva Fair of Ash Flat; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in
death by one brother, Leroy Horton; two sisters, Mary Ellen Kumpe, and Dorothy Baker; and her father and mother.
Services are Friday, March 22, 2013 at 11 am at Cox-Blevins Chapel with burial to follow in Shiloh Cemetery at Center, AR
under the direction of Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem.
