Bobby Joe Joiner, 60, Tuscumbia, died Saturday at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia. He was born Feb. 3, 1934, in Crocker. He was married Dec. 23, 1963, in
Oxnard, Calif., to Dorothy Ashby, who survives at the home.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Rozanna Hyde-Rea and Rita McDowell; one brother, Jerry Joiner; four granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the New Hope Cemetery near Kaiser, with the Rev. Rick Hill officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Hedges Funeral Home in Osage Beach.
