A power line apparently sheared off part of the right wing of a small aircraft, sending it crashing to the ground with a man and his two sons aboard, officials say. All three were killed. The victims of the crash Saturday afternoon were identified as the airplane's owner, Ronald L. Dambacher 46, of New Canton, and his sons Greg, 21, and Randy, 13. Authorities said Dambacher was at the controls of the Cessna 172 flying north along the Illinois side of the Mississippi River when the power line apparently caught a wing. They said the plane went out of control and nosedived into a field.
