EX-JUDGE DIES; FRANK BARR, 81,SAT ON PROBATE BENCH IN FRANKLIN , PA.
Frank Barr, 81, a former probate judge in Franklin, Pa., died at his home, 20 Sherman Avenue Monday evening following a lengthy illness.
Mr. Barr came to Ohio 30 years ago and for 20 years was associated with the Ohio Fuel Gas Company.
He served during the Spanish American War and was a past member of the Charles Dick Camp of Veterans.
The survivors include his wife,and a son, Weldon, of Coshocton.
Private Funeral services will be held at the Finefrock Funeral Home at
3 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Grover E Swoyer of the First Lutheran Church officiating. The body will be placed in the Mansfield Mausoleum.
