Brooke was born August 2, 1996 in Plano, Tx. to her parents Kevin and Julissa Majia Russell.
She was a student at McAuley and most recently she was attending Joplin High School. Brooke attended the Joplin Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Brooke is survived by her parents of the home, a brother, Brant Russell of the home, her maternal grandfather Edward Vasquez of Joplin and her paternal grandmother Cheryl Miller of Springfield, Mo.
Services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday March 21, 2013 at the Joplin Seventh Day Adventist Church. Pastor Dwight Seek will officiate. Burial will be in the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Joplin Seventh Day Adventist Church.
