Funeral services for Michael "Tony" Tripp, 35, of West Monroe are 2:00 PM on Friday, March 22, 2013, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe with Rev. Eddy Shoemaker officiating. Interment follows at Smith Cemetery in West Monroe under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
Tony was born February 9, 1978 in Monroe, LA to H.B. and Katherine Ingram Tripp. He went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2013 in Minden, LA. He enjoyed playing his guitar with friends and family. During his time with us he spent many happy hours with his children. Tony was preceded in death by his dad, H.B. and brothers, John David and Todd Tripp.
He is survived by his mother, Katherine Tripp; daughter, Breanna, and son, Landen; brothers, Benny and wife, Nichole, Stacy and wife, Tina, and Terry and wife, Susan; sister, Tammie and husband Ritchie Goforth; aunts, Betty Sadler, Barbara Hill, and Linda and husband, Bobby Miller; uncles, Bobby and wife, Alice, and Nollie and wife, Vickie Ingram; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Benny Tripp, David Dickey, Josh McCready, Ray Hill, Jim Smith, and Holden Hill.
Honorary pallbearers are A.C. Fletcher, Scott Henning, and Jeff Ingram
Visitation is Thursday evening from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
