Nancy Jane Elizabeth Wrenn Day, 93, of Roxboro, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Born in Person County, Mrs. Day was the daughter of the late Samuel Archibald and Eleanor Foy Foushee Wrenn and wife of the late Emery Newell Day.
Mrs. Day formerly worked at Collins & Aikman and Roxboro Manufacturing and was also a homemaker. She was a member of Warren's Grove United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Day was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Ferrell Allen Berry, her grandson, Timothy Berry, her brother, Chesley Wrenn and her sister, Carolyn W. Puryear.
Mrs. Day is survived by her children, Ronald Newell Day and wife Stella, Donna Ann Berry, Nancy Wrenn Broach and husband Yancey, and Danny Wayne Day and wife Mickie; her grandchildren, Anthony Day, Matthew Day, Laura O'Connell, Andrea White, Kelly Dow, Natalie Wayne, Amy Broach, Carrie Broach and Katie Day; her great-grandchildren, Justin Day, Nicholas Day, Nathaniel Day, Brady O'Connell, Daniel Day O'Connell, Jack O'Connell, Hayden White, Gavin White, Ross Dow, Brayden Wayne, Lear Wayne, Aidan Creel and Hannah Wrenn Creel; her sisters-in-law, Albana Wrenn, Jennie Lou Rogers and Josephine Huff.
Funeral services will be held 2PM, Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Brooks & White Chapel by the Dr. M. David Chambers. Burial will follow in Person Memorial Cemetery.
