Gertrude E. Saubert, 71, of 12301 Lakeshore Rd., Two Rivers, died early Saturday morning, September 3, 1988, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Services for the mourners will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers. The Rev. Edward Stelter will officiate and entombment will be in Knollwood Mausoleum.
Mrs. Saubert was born April 11, 1917, at Two Creeks, daughter of the late William and Lillian Zierzow Geerdts.
She was married to Frederick C. Saubert, December 13, 1939, at Dubuque, Iowa.
Mrs. Saubert was employed at Wisconsin Fittings, retiring 9 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, three daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Larry Levendusky of Two Rivers, Shirley and Robert Blattler of Manitowoc and Carol and James Grimm of Two Rivers; a sister, Esther Krizizke of Two Rivers; a brother and sister-in-law, Roland and Marino Geerdts of Two Rivers; a son-in-law, Robert Wilker of Mishicot; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lou Ann and an infant daughter, Sharon.
