Priscilla Lilligh was born July 7, 1846 in the Washington township of Clarion county, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Jacob V. Lilligh and Catherine (Mahle) Lilligh.
Her siblings include; Mary Ann Lilligh, James Polk Lilligh, Richard S. Lilligh, Susanna Lilligh, Wilhelmina A. Lilligh, Henry Lilligh, Jacob Lilligh, Melinda Lilligh and Simon Lilligh.
Pricilla married Henry Harrison Mull on January 16, 1870 in Bond county, Illinois. He was the son of Abraham Mull and Hannah (Gilger) Mull.
They became the parents to six children; Charles O. Mull, Luella C. Mull, John Webster Mull, Walter Jacob Mull, Samuel Edward Mull and Elsie M .(Mull) Hendricks.
Pricilla passed away March 12, 1919 in Mulberry Grove, Bond county, Illinois and was laid to rest in the Dunkard Cemetery in Mulberry Grove, Bond county, Illinois.
