Bernice H. Colman, 71, a lifelong Pawling resident and member of the Central Baptist Church of Pawling, died July 14, 1991 at New Milford Hospital in Connecticut. She was born October 25, 1919, in Holmes, to Clinton H. and Dorothy Hobby Cole. On September 9, 1945, she married Clarence H. Colman, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, William H. Colman of Pawling and George E. Colman of Poughkeepsie; a daughter, Barbara Ann Colman of Poughkeepsie; a brother, Bernard Cole of New Paltz; a sister, Irma Cole of Carmel, Putnam County, and a grandson. A son, Clinton H. Colman, died in 1946.
