Norman [sic] Wheeling, 62, died at his home on East Spring Street at 5:30 p.m. yesterday following a lingering illness. He was born near Diamond, May 18. 1898, the son of the late Allen and Effie Shields Wheeling. He married Marie Kolacek May 1, 1949 at Diamond.

Mr. Wheeling operated a dairy farm in the Diamond area until several years ago. He then worked for the Baldwin Construction Company of Corry.

Surviving besides his wife are two stepsons, William Kolacek of Diamond and Clarence Kolacek of Titusville; five grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: Robert Wheeling, of Titusville, Joseph Wheeling of North Dakota, Mrs. Merle Eddy and Allen Wheeling of Hydetown and Clyde Wheeling of Diamond. Two brothers preceded him in death....
