Sarah Jane Weaver Harmon departed from this life on Friday, March 15, 2013 in Manti, UT.

Sarah was born May 4, 1936 near Soda Springs, ID the youngest of Josephine Cooley and Budd David Weaver's seven children. Sarah received severe head injuries during her birth that caused her life on earth to be very challenging. She grew up on a cattle ranch in Grays Lake with a family that worked very hard to make her life comfortable.

She married Wayne Wood Lamoreaux, August 4, 1956, in Green River Wyoming. They had two daughters, Pennie Jane and Mary Lou. They later divorced and Sarah married Orval Harmon on April 29, 1959. He preceded her in death February 25, 1994.

Sarah and Orval lived in Boise, ID where they worked for Bobbie Albertson for many years. She loved to work with her husband and enjoyed traveling and visiting with friends and family. After Orval's death she moved to Manti to live near her daughter, Pennie. She spent the last nine years of her life in her daughter's home.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed attending church while living in Manti. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her grandchildren fondly remember her many walks to Manti Grocery making friends along the way, and then returning home to listen to old-time gospel music and to watch the old John Wayne movies that she loved.

She is survived by her children: Pennie (Jan) Mickelson, Manti; Mary Lou (Kim) Merritt, Soda Springs; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren with one on the way; siblings: Max Weaver, Orem and Juanita Liebert, Los Angeles.
