Fredith was born May 27, 1934, in Monroe Township, Juniata County, a daughter of the late William D. and Sylvia M. (Fisher) Bitner.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Beavertown.
She formerly worked at the Juniata Garment factory, and Keystone Services.
Fredith is survived by six children, Herbert A. Feltman Jr. and wife, Mary, of Erwin, N.C., John W. Feltman and wife, Pamella, of Mount Pleasant Mills, Debora K. Shoemaker and husband, Craig, of Selinsgrove, Brenda L. Kratzer and husband, Raymond, of Middleburg, Sandra L. White and husband, Duane, of Winfield, and Sylvia McDowell and husband, Walter, of Tahlequah, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by one brother, Palmer R. Bitner.
There will be no viewing. A memorial service will he held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown with Paul Spigelmyer, giving the discourse.
