Jerry R. Akermon, age 54 years, of Buffalo, died Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at his residence. He was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his father, Pete Akermon. He is survived by his mother, Adell Goff Akermon of Buffalo, and a brother, Leonard "Speedy" Akermon of Hodgenville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 16, 2005 at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with the Rev. Larry Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Buffalo Cemetery.
