William Edward "Billy" Cates age 29 of Rover, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on March 15, 2013.
He was born on June 12, 1983 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He is survived by his parents, David and Brenda Cates of Rover; a new born son Joel David Cates, mother of his son Jessica Schlea of Rover; a half brother and sister, Justin and Tracey Cates of Neely, Mississippi, grandmother, Sally Brown of Perryville and many other family and friends.
Services will be at the Rover Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Ellis officiating. Burial will be at Hunts Chapel Cemetery in Rover.
Pallbearers include Clifton Young, Mark Ellison, Matt Irons, Randy Anderson, Kippy Irons and Jason Simington.
Honorary pallbearers include Mac Bowen and Neal Anderson.
