Marshall G. Crawford, 68, a Danville real estate broker for many years, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday (Nov. 12,1973) University Hospital, Indianapolis, where he had been a patient four days. Mr. Crawford had resided at 10 N. Gilbert the past 28 years.
A native of Danville, he was born Dec. 24, 1904, son of Girdon and Martha Cassel Crawford.
He married Thelma Fertig July 18, 1925, in Danville, and she survives.
Other survivors include a daughter Mrs. Ned (Elizabeth) Bunting of Danville, three sons, John (Jack) Crawford of Danville, Holden Crawford of Flint, Mich.,Marshall Jean Crawford of London, England, a brother Fred Crawford, of Grand Cayman Island, British West Indies; 12 grandchildren and one great grandson.
He was proceeded in death by a son, a sister, a brother and a grandson.
Mr. Crawford was a member of the Vermilion Heights Methodist Church, Danville Board of Realtors, National Farm Brokers Asso-Real Estate Board and ciation.
The body is being returned to Barrick & Son Funeral Home, where arrangements are incomplete.
