Abram A. Hardin Passes At Greer

Well Known Citizen Succumbs to Attack of Heart Failure
GREER, Nov. 10(Special)

Abram A. Hardin, well known citizen of Parker, a suburb of Greer, died suddenly at his home this afternoon. He was 69 years of age. Mr. Hardin was in the backyard of his home sawing wood. His wife was within the house but thought that her husband had probably gone to visit a neighbor when she did not hear the sound of the saw. The first notice she had of Mr. Hardin's death was when some boys came in and said he was lying out in the back yard dead. Physicians who examined the body declared death was due to heart failure.
The deceased is survived by his wife who before her marriage was Miss Lula Cannon, and then children.
Funeral services have not been announced pending the arrival of a son, the Rev. E.F. Hardin, who is a student at the Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth Texas.
