Miss Martella Aggeler, lifelong resident of Humbolt County and descendant of a pioneer family here, died in the London House Convalescent Home in Sonoma at 12:30 p.m., Monday at the age of 64.

Born a resident of Fortuna, she had last been a resident of Arcata, where for more than 30 years she had been a billing machine operator for A. Brizard, Inc.

Miss Aggeler was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis A. Aggeler of 234 Randolph Way, Fortuna and also leaves five sisters and a brother. The latter are Mrs. Grace M. Pilkington of Reno, Nev., Mrs. Hazel M. Shannon and Mrs. Florence Huff, both of Boyes Hot Springs, Mrs. Verda E. Farrens, Arcata, Mrs. Kathleen Green of Millbrea and Arnold Aggeler of Bayside.

Cremation is at Bates, Evans, and Fehrensen Mortuary in Sonoma with private interment at Sunset Memorial Mausoleum here at a later date.

The family prefers contributions to the Humbolt County Branch, American Cancer Society, or to a favorite charity.

Miss Aggeler entered London House last Aug, 4.
